I teach Maths at a Further Education College somewhere in the UK. I have been in teaching for about 15 years (must like it) and am now supporting colleagues and students using Information Learning Technology in their teaching and learning.

- Counting containers on Seaforth dock
- Degree in Physics
- Research in Cryogenics (superfluid helium, not freezing Californians)
- Sporadic photography, sometimes even earning a small income
- PGCE after a period as a part time teacher
Current Projects
- Re-energising VLE activity in the College where I work
- Being creative with interactive whiteboards
- Simulating the Internetworking Protocol using a dozen 5" by 3" index cards
- Using a simple online forum to support students taking a Forensic Science module
- Loads of staff development

- Walking by the shore - the tide has to be just on the turn around dusk
